Call us today to book your computer to be repaired in our workshop, simply drop your computer off to us and we can resolve any computer issues you have, under normal circumstances we can have your computer repaired within a 24hour period. Most service time is flat-rated so its very cost effective and easy.

Remote support.

Call us today for one of experienced technicians to remote into your computer, resolve your computer issues live with one of our technicians quickly and easily. For more complex issues we refer your computer issues to our onsite or workshop technicians.

• Complete all Windows updates (XP, Vista, Windows 7 and Server Editions)
• Check of current anti-virus status
• Check of your current backup solution
• Check of event logs for errors
• Clean out of temporary and unused files
• Check of physical ram and virtual memory usage
• Defragmentation of internal hard drive
• Clean out the inside of the computer box (With compressed air) and check fans
• Written report and recommendations

• $135.00 +gst  per server*
• $110.00 +gst per computer*
• $90.00 +gst per computer* (5+)

* Parts are additional. Weekend work, statutory holidays and outside normal working hours and service outside the Christchurch area incur extra charges.
