The term cloud refers to a computer or server connected to the internet 24 / 7. The actual service offered on the cloud is down to the provider. Cloud services can range from simple file storage, backup services, email hosting or complete server and application hosting.

XIT CLOUD - Email

XIT Servers host your Email.  You have direct access to all your Emails on all of your devices:

Personal Computer (PC), Laptop, Smart Phone or Tablet.

All devices are synced to our XIT Servers, which allows all Emails to be stored and backed up on a daily basis.

This also provides Webmail access to customers who require this service.

• Cost:  $10.00 + GST, per email address, per month.

 

XIT CLOUD - Server Hosting 

XIT Servers host your complete company data and programmes including your Emails (as above).

All your Company Data is accessed via Remote Desktop and is the same setup as you would have if you ran your own Microsoft Server.

This service is completely secure in our monitored Server Cabinet; we have Battery Backups and a Generator should there be power outages.

Because this service is hosted by us, and works on the Internet you will require high speed internet connection.

Your Company Data is held under your own Company Profile and cannot be accessed by anyone else:  apart from the XIT Server Administrator.  If you wish, we are more than willing to sign any confidentiality agreements relating to your Company or Private data.

All Company Data is backed up every night and taken off site.   We also backup daily to the Nexus Network.

• First User:  $110.00 + GST, per month.
• Additional Users:  $55 + GST, each, per month.

 

XIT CLOUD - Domain ‘REGISTRATION’ via Snap Internet

This gives you the right to use your Domain Name, for example: you@yourdomainname.co.nz , for a initial period of one year before needing a Domain Renewal.

• Domain Setup Cost:  $70.00 + GST, per Domain Name, for 12 months.

XIT CLOUD - Domain ‘RENEWAL’ via Snap Internet

After the initial 12 months has expired, this allows us to renew your Domain Name annually.

• Annual Renewal Cost:  $49.50 + GST, per Domain Name.

 

XIT CLOUD – Domain ‘HOSTING’

This annual charge covers the Setting Up and the Administrating of your Domain Name within the Snap Internet.   It applies to both Registration and Renewal of Domains.

• Annual Charge $80.00 + GST, per Domain Name.

 

XIT CLOUD - Remote Support via ‘LOGMEIN’

This gives our Support Team Remote Access to your Computers to put right any issues affecting your systems.

This is charged out at the end of each month in 15 minute intervals.

• Hourly Rate: $90.00 + GST, or percentage thereof.

 

XIT CLOUD - Remote Support ‘DEPLOYMENT’ of LOGMEIN

This is an initial one off ‘setup charge’ to install the Remote Support Programme onto your computer, allowing us Remote Access when required. 

• One off charge of $20.00 + GST, per computer.

XIT CLOUD - Nexus Backup

Nexus automatically backs up all of the computers in your office. It encrypts all information and transfers it securely to the Nexus Data Centre using your existing Broadband Internet connection. Nexus works while you are sleeping, so you can sleep easy.

Nexus can securely and automatically backup:

• All file types (PC, Linux and Mac)
• Any files in use
• Emails
• Databases
• System State
• Servers and PC's

NEXUS use Data Compression and In-File Delta Technology is to streamline backups.

• 5GB Storage capacity:  $54.95 + GST per month.
• 10GB Storage capacity: $89.95 + GST per month.
• Larger Storage Capacities are available on request.
